His estimate was thorough and included terms and conditions up front He calls with a status on his arrival, is punctual, communicates thoroughly, has a payment plan, and is a joy to work with. Yes, his solution includes galvanized steel sealing of construction gaps, and sealing of ground and roof vents. The cost was $700 less than my pest control company who also does wildlife solutions. We had a squirrel in the attic. Justin did a great job. Was very thorough with sealing the attic and other possible openings for any future small critters. Left a way for the squirrel to exit without being able to return. We are very happy. Was professional and courteous. Showed up on time and competitively priced.
